“Usually the experience is GREAT!!! However there was a problem with the fresh meat being on point for presentation! Now with that being said they have rectified the issue from the 2022 summer. As much as it PAINS ME to leave such a review, people trust my reviews, and what else do we have but our word and integrity! The staff are beyond 5 stars, at least with my interactions with them, and I've had MANY with their staff! They are helpful, friendly and overall makes the experience GREAT! So I will give 4 stars for the staff and the interactions I have had with them they make it easy to go back and shop there! Again, I stress they have rectified the said probl3m above, but I'll be WATCHING the fresh meats for now on. Also anywhere you go ALWAYS check the date as it can happen ANYWHERE!”

“Super clean gym, and amazing staff that will help you with whatever you need. Bathrooms and showers are super clean. New equipment all throughout the gym. The gym looks brand new even after being open for years. Weights are always put back and in order. Lots of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Could not have found a better place I'm from the UK and last year I had a fall . Dr Jo was great he got me in there and did all he could right from the word go and eased my back pain so I was able to fly back home in a couple of weeks he did so much better than the ones I used when I got back to England after getting home. Would recommend him to anyone that needs treatment ,wish he was closer but I know where to go on next visit if I need it . Thank you Jo”
