“This local family owned company did a fantastic job. My thermostat went out and we have a dual fuel system. Not just any stat will work. My regular company I used to use could not do it and had nothing to offer. Milburn is my new Hvac company. And after a couple of weeks the thermostat they installed had an issue. They replaced it tested everything and left me no new bill. Stuff breaks, even new stuff sometimes. I'm just glad they stand by their work and products. David and Blake were courteous and professional.”

“Every time I've come here I've always had a good experience with very friendly employees not trying to over sell me on something I don't need. And I liked that I can see them actually changing the oil cuz I'm sorry I just don't trust many places these days and not only do they change it right in front of me they show you the dipstick after they're done with the cleaning oil and how it's at the right level. Would always highly recommend this place I wouldn't go anywhere else”
