Very friendly clean professional and fast same day service all the staff was great and very informative about the next steps of everything that was going to happen that day...
They treated me perfect, very professional Kelly, and the other ladies made me feel very at home and not embarrassed. I had to come back for an adjustment, they where very helpful and fix the problem. I highly recommend them.
The Staff at the Shepherdsville, KY office were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I live 40 miles from their office. Since during Covid they are unable to do same day dentures, to keep me from making so many trips to the office they suggested doing my impressions for my dentures the same day as my consult. This way when I go in next week for my surgery they will have my new dentures ready. The dentist is very nice and easy to work with. She and I were able to come up with an excellent treatment plan. She was all for doing what was best for me in the long run. The rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful. I have mobility issues and they were great about opening doors and making sure that I got in and out of their office easily.
It didn't go down exactly as suspected but the outcome was great. I'm gonna have a beautiful set of teeth Tuesday. Thank you to everyone involved.
The service I received went far beyond my expectations. Kelly worked with me personally and I could not be more appreciative. I arrived for my first appointment on a Friday and they had my brand new teeth made by Tuesday. Super sweet staff (every single person was a delight but Kelly was amazing.
