I opened an account online and within thirty minutes I was in the Wauwatosa branch getting my debit card and a cashiers check. The staff there were super friendly and helpful. Cesar J. Helped me and he was awesome. I recommend.

I love this bank! Been a customer for many years now and here are the reasons why: 1. No turnover of employees. 2. Great customer service, and every one is so friendly when I walk in. 3. They do what they can to give you the best rates on credit cards, loans, etc. .

Every time I walk in the door, I'm greeted by name, with a smile, and always dealt with quickly. The service is the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Even the security guard says hi and bye! It's quite refreshing to see this type of service these days. This local branch is amazing.
