“Our results here were infinitely better than Cincinnati Children's, believe it or not. Literally night and day. Even while treating at both facilities simultaneously the Cincinnati Children's therapists couldn't believe our child's progress from Speech Language Therapy Services and encouraged that we focus our efforts there and discontinue services from Cincinnati Children's (unofficially). Our child continues to have exceptional results and won't need much more help. Go from speech delay to normal or even advanced in 1-2 years. Our child needed extra help and thanks to Speech Language Therapy Services that help was delivered. Of numerous places we went for help, this was the only place where we found it. I only hope that others find this review and take their child(ren) here first. Our child's results were impossible according to Cincinnati Children's, yet Speech Language Therapy Services made it look routine and easy, and my child had a lot of fun in the process. I could not possibly recommend them more. Amazing!”

“I think they must of just moved to this Cold Spring location because the sign said Cold Spring Urgent Care. The number on the sign didn't work and voicemail was full when calling Bluegrass' number. Went inside and they walked us through how to fill out the paperwork so we can be tested. Laicy actually did our (me and coworker) Covid test, she was very nice and did a great job with administering this 8-9 second test. I would of given 5 stars because we were in and out but the sign and phone line is something they need to address.”

“Today’s experience is a very special thank you to our waitress Tracy!!! We was in town visiting from West Virginia, and decided to stop by this location before hitting the road to go back home. Asked what she would recommend, and said they was famous for there burgers with Tartar sauce on it😳😳😳 Skeptical at first of course!! But I ordered something different then what she said they was famous for, however when she was bringing the food out she brought me one of the burgers they are famous for with the Tartar sauce on it, she said she wasn’t letting me go back to WV without never knowing LET ME TELL U!!! The burger was amazing!!! Not only did I eat the one she brought me to try, but the other one I ordered I ate it to but with out my condiments on it I added the Tartar sauce it it🤣🤣🤣 This by far was a great experience and again our waitress Tracy was thanks to all this. Tracy I hope you see this one day and know how much u made the experience so much more enjoyable, and if we are ever in the area again we sure hope to see u again!! Here’s to enjoying the sauce in WV!! Don’t pass this up!!! It’s a must try”
