“I looked for someone local, not national or regional chain, which often cut corners. One of my residences is in outskirts of Alexandria, KY. They are located not far away, just south of Cincinnati, across from Ohio river. We are in a secluded location, in the midst of many acres of forest, so bugs are a problem. Snowball Pest Control treats us four times a year: two inside and out and two out, for a decent price. They have earned some good reputation, apparently, since I saw their vans and trucks in Cincinnati proper, including around where I work - in the University of Cincinnati and Medical School area. We are very satisfied with their service. They answer their phones, are friendly, come as scheduled and do their job well.”
