“I looked for someone local, not national or regional chain, which often cut corners. One of my residences is in outskirts of Alexandria, KY. They are located not far away, just south of Cincinnati, across from Ohio river. We are in a secluded location, in the midst of many acres of forest, so bugs are a problem. Snowball Pest Control treats us four times a year: two inside and out and two out, for a decent price. They have earned some good reputation, apparently, since I saw their vans and trucks in Cincinnati proper, including around where I work - in the University of Cincinnati and Medical School area. We are very satisfied with their service. They answer their phones, are friendly, come as scheduled and do their job well.”

“Small hole in the wall type place that has really good Chinese food and has been around for decades. Portions are generous for the cost and I can usually find something on the lunch specials rotation that I enjoy and comes with their wontons. Usually get the Chicken General which I believe is their version of General Tso's Chicken but perhaps a bit more spicy. The older woman that is the owner has always been really friendly and if she is in supervising operations you know the food will be excellent.”

Checking to make certain that my medicine is gluten free and everything goes well with all the things I am allergic to. I just can't say enough about the fantastic personal service they give you. They are concerned about their patrons and their health. They will even special order if the need arises for specific items. Mollie is my go to for my gluten free and allergy concerns.
