My 92 year old mom was prescribed meds for AFIB by Dr. Kumar after leaving emergency. She called his office to find out why such bad side affects and if he could help in some way. The rude receptionists would not even ask the doctor and eventually hung-up on her. Mom tried calling all day after being hung-up on and this pitiful receptionist then had put all calls on a leave message mode. My mother liked Dr. Kumar and decided to remain with him for her heart problems, that's why the five stars. It's to bad people like this gives his office a bad rap by displaying such uncaring and hidious behavior. Because of this, Mom has to find another doctor. If she can't expect his people to reach him when she needs his attention, then what good is he to her? A 92 year old with heart problems certainly doesn't deserve to be treated this way.

The doctor is great. His nurses are extremely nice.
