“My 92 year old mom was prescribed meds for AFIB by Dr. Kumar after leaving emergency. She called his office to find out why such bad side affects and if he could help in some way. The rude receptionists would not even ask the doctor and eventually hung-up on her. Mom tried calling all day after being hung-up on and this pitiful receptionist then had put all calls on a leave message mode. My mother liked Dr. Kumar and decided to remain with him for her heart problems, that's why the five stars. It's to bad people like this gives his office a bad rap by displaying such uncaring and hidious behavior. Because of this, Mom has to find another doctor. If she can't expect his people to reach him when she needs his attention, then what good is he to her? A 92 year old with heart problems certainly doesn't deserve to be treated this way.”

“I love Dr. Sloop and everyone here. He is one of the only doctors to acknowledge my pain and not just dismiss me. He takes the time to sit and talk to you to find out what's really going on. He has a wonderful beside manner. Most pain management places wouldnt see me because they only see patients with back or neck problems. But Dr. Sloop got me in straight away and has been my doctor for years. Definitely recommend him”
