Appears the customer service guys are very involved in the repairs and turn wrenches themselves. They can communicate to you what they can do. New shifter cables found! “Honestly, cannot recommend Ken Towery's enough. Recently, I was driving and picked up a very large nail in my tire and had no idea what I was going to do - thankfully the Boston Road Ken Towery's was close and open!! I have taken my car to Ken Towery's in the past and have always had a great experience and this time was the same. They took my car, got the nail out and patched it up in about 30-40 minutes. When I went to pay, they said that they had taken care of it and to enjoy my day. Absolutely above and beyond service!! What could've ruined my day actually ended up making my day. If I am ever in need, I will definitely be making a visit back!”
