Kaia was amazing. She was very helpful and fully explained everything about the unit and property. I never felt rushed or an inconvenience to her. I'm glad I picked this facility to rent from.

Super awesome staff. I made a reservation to reserve a unit online, but ended up going in 2 days earlier then they expected. And it was also about 30 min before closing time, but Zac was super helpful and took care of everything for me all the way up til 5 minutes before closing time. I really appreciate him taking the extra time for me.

I have been a customer at life storage for over 10 years.. I had some concerns..Kaia, the store manager was able to address those concerns.. She went above and beyond to resolve my concerns.

Just rented a unit at this facility and the facility is clean, quiet and well maintained. Im a very busy man and normally don’t take the time to leave reviews but after the amazing customer service I received from Kaia at this facility I had to go out my way for her as she did for me. I was in a rush and accidentally left one of my dollys outsude my unit. I thought I had lost it but Kaia had put it up for me which I extremely appreciated. Most workers don’t like to go the extra mile for customers now a days but Kaia did and I will refer this life storage to others just for that gesture. Thanks Kaia keep up the great work at your facility.
