This is a nice storage facility. It's clean and brand new. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I gave it four stars because sometime you have to wait for a person to move their car before you can load and unload due to the loading and unloading set up. Other than that, it's nice.

The customer service at this storage company is wonderful and top notch!!! Julius especially has made my experience so pleasant. The staff makes sure that all your units are close together for the customers convenience. The storage facility is clean and very secure so I feel very happy with picking this storage company. Did I mention their prices for each unit definitely can’t be beat with the local competitors in the area.

I do not rent from them, but I live across the street. I had a TV delivered this morning, and I did not receive notice. It was pouring the rain, and the TV was left at my door. The lady from their Office walked across the street with her Umbrella and knocked on my door to let me know the TV was outside. She did not want it to get wet. She did not have to do this, but she did. I want to say how much I appreciate this kindness. Thank you very much. BJ Brubaker

For the past two years, I have resided at Forest Creek. It has been a wonderful experience thus far. I at first was very troubled about some perplexing past reviews. But I decided to give it a chance. I have never been disappointed by any part of the property or staff. Honestly, the staff are some of the greatest assets to this property!! They are always there 24/7 for any situation that may arise and they are very pleasant to deal with. The pricing for these units is incredible for Lexington. The only downside to this property is that pets are not allowed due to tenant issues in the past. If I could change one thing it would be to allow residents who are more responsible to own pets, but of course, that brings on many other problematic issues. There are no amenities at this location beyond a mail-box. That is one way they are able to maintain the properties' quality without costly market-rate prices for rent. One thing I do hope for over the next few years would be updated interiors as some things are becoming dated, but not the greatest issue by far. I look forward to many more years in my home and I can happily say that this is the best place I have ever lived in Lexington. Prior to this experience, I lived in gated communities with all the amenities. I had to adjust my priorities to meet my needs and I have come to the realization that I have given up nothing important to make this feel like home. Feel free to come check the property out and tell them I sent you. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! -Zachary.

Mr. Arnold is a great man and the company is well run. The maintenance department is very fast and thorough. We had a great experience living here.
