  Rusty is very knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate business. He made it extremely easy for me trying to coordinate purchasing a new house and selling my old home at the same time. He also put me into a position where I was able to net an above average market value profit on my home. Rusty is a real go getter in this business and he works very hard for his customers.

  Rusty was a tremendous help in my purchase of my first home two years ago. He laid everything I needed to expect out, and was quick to respond. He listened to exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want in a home, and helped me find the perfect fit. He walked me through the closing processes, and offered help in referencing contractors.
  
  Now two years later, he has helped me sell that first home, and starting the process all over again. It really has made what could be (and usually is) a stressful situation, become an easy transition. His professionalism and loyalty to his customers is above a 5-star rating.   I can't say enough good things about Rusty Underwood! He's professional, personable, knowledgeable, and puts all of his energy into buying/selling your home.   Rusty was amazing! We chatted to him at an open house and he offered to show us a few homes. Nothing was too much for him finding our home, which we absolutely love. A year later we wanted to buy a condo for our college kids and he came through again. Rusty is caring and will work diligently to find your new home.
