(June 27, 2021, 3:47 pm)This store was nice and clean compared to the others. Maybe the location helps deter any heavy groups of customers. As it is with dollar stores in heavy populated areas tend to be more messy and not so nice.

(March 9, 2021, 10:56 pm)This store is very clean and items are shelved nicely. The guy working tonight was very helpful and nice. There was only one oven cleaner left on the very top shelf and luckily he was able to reach it for me.
(March 8, 2020, 5:49 pm)I’d figure I’d take the time out and express how much I like this company. I’ve been a tenant since May of 2019. My kids and I love the area we live in and of course the duplex. Whenever I call or submit an online maintenance request they’re quick to respond and send someone out to resolve the issue right away. I don’t have one complaint! Thank you Randy & Betsy.

(December 20, 2019, 12:07 pm)Nicholas Khayat put the "Positive" in our experience. With time running out Nick answered my call and within 2 days we had the keys to our new home. Nick you are an asset to this company and our Christmas Angel. Listening and willing to help when most just didn't even want to listen. 17 years ago I rented from Positive Property and they were fantastic then . Nick you are awesome. If anyone needs help Nick will go to bat for you. My wife and family now have a great home. Thanks to everyone at Positive Property for the completely Positive experience.

If I ever have to call she is quick to respond to my requests. Also, Nick, who shows the properties is very professional and polite. We have rented from Positive property for 2 years, as well as our neighbors have for over 7 years, and other neighbors for 2+ years. Betsy in the office is wonderful to work with, as is Nick.. They make sure to followup on everything, and have always responded promptly to our calls or requests..
