(August 5, 2021, 12:10 pm)Excellent customer service at the front desk. The rooms were clean. The pool was open as well as the workout facility. Continental breakfast in the mornings consisted of coffee, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, and danishes. Stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a water park right across the street, so that's very convenient if you have children. Overall, I had a wonderful stay with my family.

(April 11, 2021, 1:20 pm)My stay at Holiday Inn Plano - the Colony was amazing. The employees were so kind and helpful, and they had amazing service. Employees were very attentive at all times, and overall made me a satisfied customer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I would love to come again.

(August 10, 2019, 6:58 am)Not too big or not too small. Has a perfect mix of equipment. From your first time gym goer to the seasoned lifter. Definitely a nice value for what you're getting.
