Forty57 Apartments

My roommate and I had a great experience at Forty57. Maintenance was really quick to fix any problems and the office was always helpful. I would have stayed longer but had to move to Texas for work.

Martin was incredibly helpful with the move in process. I like how spacious the apartments are and the gym is especially nice for it to be an apartment community gym.

I can not say enough about Forty57!!! I have lived here for a little over a year and couldn't be happier. The location is everything! Maintenance crew is always fast to respond to work orders and Jaisa, along with the rest of the office staff goes above and beyond to help.

I left Forty57 just a few months ago and stop in from time to time to say hello to my extended family... Matt...Jaisa...Maintenance and now Martin and Haley. I miss them all so much and miss the community where I spent everyday of my life for the past 5 years. Thank you all for the great memories, for being my first home in KY and where we began raising our children.

From the very beginning, the Jaisa and Martin have worked with me 100%. They ensured that I was knowledgeable about the apartment and got all the little details taken care of before I even got here. Whenever something needs to be tidied up, it is handled - often times within the hour. The maintenance staff is also nice and quick.
