(March 13, 2020, 1:02 am)I bought a wallet here a few weeks ago. The lady at the counter was very helpful in showing me products that were similar to what I said I was looking for. I think it came out to like $40.30 and I didnt have exact change, but she said it was okay! I know it may not seem like a big deal but little things like that leave long lasting impressions! (March 4, 2020, 5:40 pm)Very pleased w my visit. Jonathan is not only very pleasant but is a true knowledgeable Craftsman. He clearly took pride in repairing a 60 yr old revolver holster I was entrusted with by my widowed Mother in Law. He took the time to think carefully about how to best go about the repair, discussed options with me, and finished the work the same day. Other shop employees also chimes in w help. It was a small job and most businesses pretty much ignore you unless you bring a big $$ item.

Today, I went in to have the clasp on a leather bracelet replaced and within less than ten minutes- it was fixed and better than brand new! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience here. Thank you all again!! I will absolutely be back in the future for any repair needs and gift shopping.
