Great small gym. Every person seems really nice. Good mix of people, there are beginner's and more advanced people. You see some really in shape and some people out of shape. The staff takes any amount of time needed with any person to answer any questions you have. If you need a plan or you need to know how to use a machine, they give you that time.
With me having sisters, I do notice there's a decent amount of ladies that go here. It just goes to show how hard the staff works to keeps the place comfortable and safe for all.

Love this Church! Always enjoy getting to visit when I’m in the area. The people are very friendly and the preaching is awesome! I highly recommend visiting if your looking for a church to call home.
