(May 14, 2019, 8:06 pm)I had my first appointment with Access Med today. I seriously can not say enough amazing things about these guys. The office was so clean and welcoming. All the staff was sweet and easy to converse with. I felt so completely comfortable around the doctor! I felt like he really took his time and answered all my questions and dug deep in to any health concerns I was having. He discussed everything and explained it in terms I could easily understand. I had to have labs drawn and I had two skin tags removed and a full exam and was out in about 45 minutes. No waiting. I never even sat in the waiting room. What I had done today was worth well over $50 and $50 is all I have to pay for an entire month of unlimited visits! They had the medicines that were prescribed to me literally on hand and so cheap! I believe one of my prescriptions was under $3! I am so pleased. I’ve avoided going to the doctor for so long because I’m always uncomfortable and nervous. Plus, with no insurance it’s always so expensive it’s not worth it. So thank you guys for finding a solution to this healthcare mess our country has been going through!! You’re seriously AMAZING!!
(May 12, 2019, 11:15 am)I was excited to see Access Med Direct in Lexington. It is just what I needed after I lost my traditional insurance. I had my first visit this past week. It was a great experience.
The staff was professional, and very attentive. They did a detailed medical history, talked with me about my personal goals and concerns and went over all financial details with me. I love that any in-house treatments, including EKG, urinalysis, stitches--carry no extra charge and that the doctors and PA are available 24/7 by text.
I am excited that Lexington (and Danville) have this type of health care available. It is what health care should be.

(August 25, 2017, 7:42 pm)Beautiful new Lexington location for my doctor. Great staff, wonderful care! Now that I have experienced direct primary care, I will never go back to traditional, insurance-driven medicine. I prefer my doctor to help me make healthcare decisions, instead of corporate insurance companies dictating my care -- and basing those decisions on their bottom line, instead of my individual needs. Thank you for bringing direct primary care to Central Kentucky! I can't recommend Access Med highly enough!
