Karl is one amazing guy who loves his job. He can't do enough to please you. His patience is incredible; took him over two hour's to complete all of the necessary steps without hesitation! Verizon is very lucky to have such a professional worker! 👏

Our experience with Brandon last evening was phenomenal. We walked in with 45 mins left to close, thinking we were just upgrading our phones and we would easily be done by closing. I was wrong. Brandon stayed 2 hours past their closing time to get us set up with our new phones (and all the other goodies we ended up with.) Not a complaint in him. He was happy to help us, very personable and easy to talk to. We felt welcomed, not rushed, and valued. This will be the only place we go from now on, and I will always recommend this Verizon location because of his great customer service.

Adam was very helpful and patient. He went the extra mile to explain everything to us. He was fantastic helping us find the right phone for us in our price range. We greatly appreciate how thoughtful and kind he was. Would definitely ask for him again!
