First Frets is always quick to get back with you. I have even had them go above and beyond to send a video to further explain something to my son. My son specifically says that he is very good at explaining the new concepts in the videos. He also appreciates that he can go back and review lessons if needed at his own pace or go onto the next lesson if he feels ready.
