This was much faster than processes at other offices which I appreciated. Dr. Sexton was great, answered all questions and put me at ease. I’ve heard many rough stories about wisdom teeth removal but my experience was the opposite. It’s only been a week and I’ve been healing great already. “I attended this gym/training center for several years. Aaron is the owner and lead instructor. The gym focuses on self-defense as a whole, not one specific discipline. The school offers both armed and unarmed self defense training. What I loved about the place was the close knit nature of the training environment and the sense of "live" training as opposed to a set "kata" routine. Aaron had a good eye for matching people with complementary strengths and weaknesses, so any sparring both parties would benefit. People training here were not just random faces. I learned a lot here and I've compared every self-defense school I've attended since to this standard.”
