“I went into Aurora Pools & Spas expecting to get the cheesy "buy now or else" used car salesman treatment. That didn't happen. Our salesperson took the time to explain everything about hot tubs and showed us many different models. We ultimately purchased a Bullfrog brand. The delivery team was great too. They arrived when scheduled and walked us through the set up process and answered all our questions. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Great job Aurora.”

I don't know this manager personally but have talked with her quite a bit. She has really done an immaculate job getting it cleaned up. I can't wait until Christmas time again. At leastt I know exactly where she saysvits located it will be. She's always there, always opened on time. Always working hard to improve herself and store. I don't think anything will stop her from getting up and going to the store. Don't let this young lady quit. We don't want the old manager back. He never cared nor did he ever do anything. If this manager leaves I won't shop here anymore.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Elite Graphics on a unique project: I asked them if they would be able to vinyl wrap a wheelchair. Every member of the team was highly responsive, enthusiastic, and willing to work with me to find the exact right vinyl color I was looking for! Now the awful blue color from before has been covered with a gorgeous silver holographic vinyl. The team even went above and beyond when scheduling the installation so that I could limit the amount of time using my back-up chair. The experience of working with the Elite Graphics team was phenomenal from start to finish and I am so thankful they agreed to take on this project for me! I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
