I cannot say enough about the staff and their dedication to every aspect of recovery: they really do care about helping the patient get better and go out of their way to ensure needs are seen to. From the medical staff to the physical/occupational therapy staff to the kitchen staff, all personnel have been helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. I've been working with Damia for almost 6 months and she has done nothing but encourage me and support me in my strength and health goals. Damia does an excellent job at considering my preferences, and she always shows up smiling and ready to work. We meet twice a week, and we haven't done the same work out twice: she always brings new ideas and mixes up our workouts, which I really enjoy. Damia is also available to me outside of training. She doesn't mind checking in with me about how my workouts are going throughout the week, and she helps me create and modify my weekly routines. Damia also knows how to do her job well. She works around any injuries I have and she always offers modifications to make exercises easier or harder, depending on my needs. We set goals together, and it has been amazing to reach those goals with her help. Damia is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. “Dr. Durham and Kitty always make me feel welcome there, like I'm more than just a patient. Kitty always welcomes me as I walk in the door and treats me like a person rather than just the next patient who needs to "take a number." Dr. Durham is the same. He has taken the time to know me, know my health issues, and actually reads my charts before seeing me. And he actually listens when I try to explain any new aches, pains, or other health issues. While there, I never feel rushed. Instead I feel like I'm visiting with my health partners who are helping me optimize my health. I have noticed an improvement in my overall energy levels and I sleep better too. I just need to do a better job of remembering when it's time to go back for a visit. In this day and age of medicine, it's a nice feeling to actually deal with someone who knows your name, and not just because it was on the chart.”

“Dr. Simon has been caring for my children for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He is great with both my kids, ages 15 and 10. We just left my daughter’s annual physical(age 10) and when we got in the car, she said “I love Dr. Simon!” His staff has been with him for years and we love them, too! They always go above and beyond to make accommodations to get my kids in when they are sick. Highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great pediatrician!”
