I called mechanics, I called US rider, I called the show office, stopped maintenance people just to get a little help. And after three hours no one would help me. Then I thought to myself I will call the dealership. Lucky me Eileen picked up the phone and step-by-step knew exactly how to manually use the Jack. she stayed on the phone with me until I figured it out on a Sunday afternoon. I can’t say enough about her customer service considering I bought the trailer two years ago and I live in Massachusetts. Thank you Eileen you’re a lifesaver. “I stopped in today for a new battery and installation which should have been a quick in and out, but due to corrosion and buildup on my battery and a seized up terminal it took way longer than expected. Deshay and Jawan provided great customer service during the process and let me know what was going on. About 20 minutes into the job I was expecting to be told they would not be able to remove the old battery, but that did not happen. Despite the time and difficulty they followed through and got me set up. Deshay even let me know about the rewards program/email list and how I could get coupons to save money in the future. I will definitely be returning to this location.”
