They allowed my wife to come in during the manufacturing process so she could pick exactly which part of our granite slab would end up in which place in our kitchen, which was awesome. On the day of the installation the team that came was fantastic! They were extremely friendly, kept everything neat and worked quickly. The finished counters look incredible also. We had a long list of needs, and a store associate named Jacob was EXTREMELY helpful. He kept a list of everything we chose, got us checked out, and even scheduled us later on for delivery. When our moving plans changed and we ended up needing our furniture delivered 3 weeks earlier than requested, Jacob was readily available and made it happen. He kept in touch with us throughout the delivery process and was so professional, helpful, and patient with us. I highly recommend the store as a whole, but whoever oversees everything, give that guy Jacob a RAISE!”
