I called mechanics, I called US rider, I called the show office, stopped maintenance people just to get a little help. And after three hours no one would help me. Then I thought to myself I will call the dealership. Lucky me Eileen picked up the phone and step-by-step knew exactly how to manually use the Jack. she stayed on the phone with me until I figured it out on a Sunday afternoon. I can’t say enough about her customer service considering I bought the trailer two years ago and I live in Massachusetts. Thank you Eileen you’re a lifesaver.
