“I got a haircut and beard trim with Kelli, who was a fantastic barber. The shop itself is beautiful and well cared for. It has a fantastic vibe and all of the barbers were very personable. I would guess that the work environment that they have built is very positive because the barbers seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and clients. Kelli knowledge of hair and hair care is stellar and she was able to discern exactly what I wanted quickly. She is quick and efficient without losing any quality and also a great person to have a conversation with if that is what you look for when getting a haircut. I would highly recommend giving Faded/Kelli a try.”

Not only did they answer the phone on a snowy day when every other florist in town was closed... but they also helped me out in a tough situation! I had ordered a flower arrangement for a co-worker's family member funeral, and when I ordered the flowers.. I had the wrong date! I didn't know the date was wrong until the day of and the flowers had already been delivered. I contacted the store and they were SO KIND to send flowers again (no charge) the following weekend on the correct date.
