“Not only did we receive excellent service but my husband and I witnessed the purest act of kindness from the staff there. While we were waiting for our oil change a tiny elderly lady's car was finished and she was making her way to her vehicle. The technician that brought her car around saw she was having trouble walking even with her cane. Without hesitation he came to her assistance. He NEVER left her side. Even after she was in the car. Seeing she was having trouble adjusting the seat he continued to help her get her seat to a comfortable position and with great care gentle closed the door for her. In today's world you don't see that often enough. They are the complete package at Ken Towery. Great service and above all SUPREME customer service!!!”
