“My 11 year old son has been using First Frets for two months now. He was ready to try a new instrument after 5 years of piano lessons. This independent venue has been perfect for him. First Frets is always quick to get back with you. I have even had them go above and beyond to send a video to further explain something to my son. My son specifically says that he is very good at explaining the new concepts in the videos. He also appreciates that he can go back and review lessons if needed at his own pace or go onto the next lesson if he feels ready. This was a great alternative for us compared to in person guitar lessons. Not only are these lessons affordable but they are of excellent quality as well. I've been working with Damia for almost 6 months and she has done nothing but encourage me and support me in my strength and health goals. Kitty always welcomes me as I walk in the door and treats me like a person rather than just the next patient who needs to "take a number." Dr. Durham is the same. He has taken the time to know me, know my health issues, and actually reads my charts before seeing me. And he actually listens when I try to explain any new aches, pains, or other health issues. While there, I never feel rushed. Instead I feel like I'm visiting with my health partners who are helping me optimize my health. I have noticed an improvement in my overall energy levels and I sleep better too. I just need to do a better job of remembering when it's time to go back for a visit. In this day and age of medicine, it's a nice feeling to actually deal with someone who knows your name, and not just because it was on the chart.”
