Kendall made sure to keep us up-to-date on their progress and provide us with options to work around challenging areas so that we could have multiple areas of our home retrofit for gas. They did a great job wearing shoe covers when they were coming in and out of the house to minimize clean up. “I have been living here for over 8 years now and I grew up right down the street in the Harrods Hill Neighborhood. I can honestly say that Harrods Point Apartments are absolutely a wonderful extension and part of our neighborhood and have been for many years. The Management here is awesome led by Shawn Corman and Scott does a great job with our Maintenance always in a timely and thorough fashion. The amenities we have on site make it quite nice and it's a super bonus that we live in a pet friendly complex. The neighbors are friendly as well and that makes for a relaxed and comfortable living environment since our complex isn't sprawling. We're in an amazing location near both Beaumont Center shops/restaurants and Palomar Center shops/restaurants, Keeneland Horse Track/Sales Pavilion, Moondance Amphitheater, Bluegrass Airport, Man O' War Boulevard, close Interstate accessibility, along with several respected schools in the area. As I said before, I have loved living here for over 8 years and I highly recommend Harrods Point Apartments to anyone who might be looking for a wonderful place to live. No doubt.”

“I order exclusively with the app. I've never had trouble with them being out of something or unable to process my mobile order. The window workers are always friendly but I often have to tell them that I'm the mobile order. Still, once that's cleared up, they usually have my correct order to me quickly. Their drive thru microphone/speaker and accents often makes it hard to understand them. It's a perfectly fine Dunkin' just anticipate mild communication hiccups!”

“We have been asking for 6 weeks to have our propane tanks moved from our old location to our new location. I call 2 or 3 times a week. Brian, our rep, does not bother to return the call. We are not even given an estimated date. I'm sure the people at our old location are enjoying the propane in the tanks that we paid for. Very frustrating. 7/7/2021 Update. In response to my review, I was contacted by the regional manager, apologizing for the lack of communication and effort. The tanks were moved within days of his call. Although I am happy the tanks have finally been moved, I won't give a 5 star review due to the effort it took.”
