(August 9, 2023, 9:25 am)CCU is top notch service and we were blessed to get James Williams as our loan officer at the Louisville Rd Branch. We were in a tight timeline and James came into the office on his day off (Saturday) just so we could meet to sign papers and keep the process rolling without delay. He is an amazing communicator and kept us up to date on the progress of the loan. Not only would I highly recommend CCU I would recommend reaching out to Mr. Williams. A+++ service.
