I have been working out here for almost four years! I love the HIIT classes that are offered as well as open gym and barbell classes. Guru is more than a gym. It’s a community that offers inspiration, motivation, and transformation.

I've been going to GURU since 2019. You will not find a better community! The classes are hard but scaled for every level of fitness. If you're thinking about trying it, just do it. You won't regret it.

I’ve been working out at G.U.R.U almost 2 years 4-5 days a week religiously and never done the same work out twice. The energy, atmosphere, and friendly environment makes G.U.R.U more than just a place to work out, it’s a place to better yourself as a person. No matter your fitness level I challenge you try join us and grind to the next level with us.

I've been going to Guru for over a year now. If you’re ready to challenge yourself this is the gym for you. You will not be allowed to just go through the motions here and I love that. Dale brings high energy to every class he coaches and you can tell he has a true passion for helping others improve no matter their fitness level or goals. Not to mention each coach takes the time to speak encouraging words after every class. As my performance improves in the gym I see how it has translated into improvements in all areas of my life. I’m gaining more focus, confidence, endurance, and accountability since joining Guru. Thankful to be part of the Guru family.
