“I’ve been to a lot of gyms and they all have their pros and cons. I could list cons with this place but the pros outweigh it. Their machines are probably the most ergonomically designed machines. I suffer from knee pain and back pain and was actually able to squat today without any pain. I actually feel better than I did when I came in. And this girl on night shift is doing an awesome job in keeping it clean. Would recommend.”
