Crittenden Urgent Care - St. Elizabeth Physicians

Awesome care from start to finish every time I have to go.

I needed lab work done but I was nervous around lots of people right now. For two days I have called them to see how busy they were and they were very sweet about letting me know. Finally went in, One person leaving. She got my info so I was waiting when someone came in for a covid test. Told her I'd be back another day but she had me go to the room for labs to wait. She was o sweet but I forgot her name.

I have been to Crittenden urgent care once and I live in Indiana. The staff is amazing! I went in for covid symptoms and they got me back immediately. The doctor was very thorough in explaining things and took his time. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would drive their again any day if I needed to.

Front desk was super nice, got me in really quick. The nurse I had was really really nice as well. I saw the dr super fast and she was amazing! Talked me through everything and made sure I understood what she was saying. Also answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed, she treated me like a person she cared for. This is a great place to go, even during this pandemic. Would definitely recommend and go back to!!
