“We were told we'd receive paperwork in mail to show instructions n overview of visit. We have yet to get those. Some instruction given by dr are different on medication bottles. We would still like to get that paper work. Everything else was great. Waiting time, was treated great n curtious, respectful. We need more public services offered at Williamstown location on all procedures. Thank you for your help and support”

“Vision One glasses cleaning solution is really good. It came free with my glasses and free refills if you bring the bottle back in. Will be worth the trip to get it refilled. The staff here are wonderful from walking in to walking out! The doctor was diligent and took her time with me. She talked me through my family history and decided how to proceed after considering the best route for testing. The girls at the front helped me find great glasses that I don't think I would have considered alone. All around, I'm very happy and will continue being a patient here. Took the glasses manufacturer two weeks to fill my order, but that has little to do with the facility. I also booked during the back to school rush. They let me know when they arrived right away.”
