I switched to this gym b/c of the availability of more advanced equipment. I’m staying with them as long as i can b/c of the people, it’s never too crowded, and how laid back everyone is.

This is the place to go for all levels of training and experience. Rather you’re just starting, or experienced. Rather you like lifting or fitness machines. No matter your current shape. This gym is truly judgement free, unlike the hypocrite center on the other side of town claims to be. You can actually workout here, and not be labeled a lunker or tire flipper or be looked down upon because you’re inexperienced or grunt on your last rep. And if you’re just starting, the staff is experienced and qualified to help you along and more than willing. Finding the motivation and courage to get there is the hardest part. Once you’re there, ALL will welcome you. And there are policies and procedures in place to keep the place clean after each individual use of equipment. In addition to temperature checks before entering. So have no fear there either. You can pay less than a dollar a day for your health in a great atmosphere. Or you can get what you pay for and be judged in the “judgement free zone” on the other side of town with the librarian rules.

Best gym around to be a member of if you are into weight lifting or just need a great atmosphere to get in your daily workout! Every personal trainer here is awesome! The gym is always very clean and they have pretty much every piece of equipment you need. If you are into Zumba, Spinning, or boxing, they offer great classes here! So if you are looking for a new gym family, World Training and Fitness is the place to be!

If u want a real gym with real weights for powerlifting or body building this is handsdown the only place to go! ........what u scary?!!!
