“Transparent, honest, and genuine…3 words I wouldn’t normally use to describe anyone in the car business (including my own brother), but that’s exactly what you get with the Knox Ford sales team! Micah was surprisingly easy to work with; despite owning a V6 Mustang and having way too many pictures of his cat, named Shrimp, he’s actually a really cool guy! 😀 The sales manager, Nick, was a strong closer while simultaneously balancing being both fair and transparent, which was actually refreshing after previous experiences with sales managers who only know how to negotiate from one extreme end of the spectrum or the other. “This place is awesome they're 100% honest and upfront with you The manager there who goes by Jeremy is a really good GUY! I feel like he went the extra mile, even with the phone ringing Non-Stop he invited me into the bay an pulled a couple of bad parts out from under my hood and physically showed them to me, as well as explained the situation of what's going on with my vehicle... Chevrolet swore up and down I had bad spark plugs but meineke cleared that up real fast for me... In actuality one or more of the previous owners ran synthetic mix instead of full synthetic so I needed a complete oil system flush and a pair of new vvt's. Any and all car maintenance from this point forward will be going through this establishment I'm very pleased with the service performed on my vehicle.”
