Pin Oak Villas of Kentucky LLC

Pin Oak Villas is great. The floor plan for the 3 bedroom is wonderful and very well used. No wasted space and any problems are taken care of immediately. The staff (Randi and Joe) are superior. We miss living at Pin Oak and would not have moved if our occupations had not taken us away. You could not ask for a better townhome and staff.

Great Manager (Ms. Randi) and Maintenance Staff (Mr. Joe), they are promptly and attentive to whatever urgencies or matters of the tenants. Friendly neighborhood and great neighbors!

Management is welcoming, polite, and ready to help with anything you need. Apartments are roomy, with many bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. If I didn’t move out of town, I would still be there.

For starters the townhouses are amazing, there is so much space and all of the appliances, etc are up to date. There is great yard space and patios. It is a very safe, clean place to live. Maintenance lives on site so that means any issues (if you even have any) are taken care of asap! The management is so sweet and they really work with you. They made my move in and move out so simple and are available around the clock! I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great living conditions, quiet neighbors and a friendly environment!! It is a great place for families and pets too! Thank you Ghertner and Company for your amazing service!
