“I have been in the process of purchasing a travel trailer since July 2023. And have just now finally gotten it registered and titled, as of Sep 2023. This was one of the craziest experiences I have even Had. Every single issue was with the out of state dealer NOT Abound. There were 3 ladies that went above and beyond to ensure I had all the support I needed. 1st Shaana Logsdon who completed my loan. She came in on a Saturday to ensure the check was mailed to dealership. And checked in with me every step of the way. And even after the loan checked in on myself and wife. Next -Jennifer O’bryan is the MST that helped me figure out why/ where the title was. Spent a couple hrs helping me. Finally- Sam Nielsen in the Title department. Sam broke the issues down so I could understand why the dealership did what they did, and she even came to the DMV to walk me threw the process, again above and beyond. All this help after I drove 4 hrs to try and get this taken care of. ABOUND you can’t be paying these Ladies enough? So you must be taking care of them , because they were more than willing to help. “CUSTOMER SERVICE” in 2023?? No way . They deserve at a minimum a lunch and a thank you.I am a customer for life.
