“I absolutely love Paul's, I choose to go there for all of my grocery needs. I hate to complain about my favorite place to shop but the teenagers at the register could use some training on appropriate customer service skills. I just left this location and the young lady checking me out never spoke to me. When I had to ask her to place my milk in a bag (they normally prompt that) she aggressively bagged it. She also never asked if I wanted my receipt so I left without it because it seemed she was having a bad day. This is such a nice place I would hate to have to take my business elsewhere.”

With the insight he gifted me, I was quickly able to make a decision and to act with confidence. He probably saved my life and doesn't even know it. Ed is a wonderful counselor. He gives off a compassionate air and listens extremely well and feels like he is 100% present, not daydreaming while you talk. He makes you feel accepted and maybe even "normal". Ed also makes you feel safe and comfortable enough to get out what is poisoning you but he will "call bullshit" on you too, and point out when you're lying to yourself. You can't do the same old things and expect a better outcome, you will just get what you always got. Ed is great for helping you to make personal, powerful changes in your life. He is good at leading you out of the forest so that you can see the trees again. I have referred him to many people over the years and they have all liked him as well. He is obviously meant to be doing exactly what he does.”
