(December 1, 2023, 11:20 pm)I had not been inside of a Best Buy in years. It seemed kind of unorganized but the customer service was great. I didn't have to search for anyone at all. I had two or three people ask me if I needed help. I was helped by Elijah and Preston.
(November 21, 2023, 8:01 pm)I wanted some computer component upgrades for my aging pc. Not only were the in store associates amazing but so was phone support. Sevan ( I hope I've spelled his name correctly) went above and beyond getting my items while I waited in store and was extremely helpful. There were also 2 women who were an absolute delight to "hang" with while I was waiting at the customer service desk. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time- both in store and on the phones!!!
