Routine service went smoothly and promptly and I was notified ahead of time when it was due. But I also had two specific issues that I wanted addressed one that required parts and the other were some special winter tires. One was internally engineered and the other was delivered quickly. I was very pleased to get all this done in one trip to the service center. Efficiency and completeness extra important since I live rurally.

The service and attention to detail I receive at Porsche of Louisville is second to none. Brandon Terrell knows both me and my vehicle and I TRUST what he has to say. Never a concern with unneeded repairs or service work being pushed on me to increase my bill. When he tells me my SUV needs something I trust what he says and his product knowledge is superior to anyone I've encountered at any other establishments. Keep up the great work.

Buying a preowned car sight-unseen could have been a nerve-racking experience, given this was my first out of state online purchase.
