This Rec Center looks so much like the Princess Anne Rec Center to me. I took 12 photos of the Princess Anne Rec Center but I was in a rush the night I stopped in to use the Rec Center near Great Neck Road on Stonehaven. I’ll definitely take pics next time because it’s very attractive, large and clean. Very welcoming as I checked in at the front desk. I’d recommend this location and plan to return.

Excellent facility, extremely clean, very friendly staff.

Went in for a 10K mile service. The tech recommended new tires. I find this ironic since the car was purchased from this dealer 4 months and 6k mile ago. The tires still have ample tread and are not in need of replacement. No reference to the tire replacement recommendation was on my service order. The basic service was performed on time and without any issues.

In my experience, service has never been an issue with Bluegrass Audi. Maintenance is performed on time and correct the first time.

These people are the greatest, spoke from a person that has owned over 100 vehicles of all upper price range. Their attention to detail is second to none, They keep you continually advised to your vehicles progress. Don't ever be afraid to trust your vehicles service to Dennis and Mark Kay.

Zach at Audi!

I had the pleasure of having Zach B. handle as my service advisor. WHERE DO I START? Every day I received an update on the progress of my car. In addition, he would make sure I was happy with the courtesy vehicle. I have not experienced a higher the level of customer service anywhere.

Absolutely did a great job getting me in and out on short notice (needed a replacement tire). Would have given five stars but I was third in line with the assigned service manager. There were two others without customers and I wanted to do was say here are the keys so the mechanic can get started putting on the new tire (it was already on the wheel which I had dropped off earlier) and I can do the paperwork when my guy is available but they had no interest in helping me. Lack of teamwork cost them a star.

All employees at Audi were very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. They even let us take the car over the weekend. Once we purchased they provided all the options without being pushy and they spent about an hour going over all the details of the car and getting everything programed and set up and personalized to us.

Wonderful facility with a huge swimming pool, lots of exercise equipment, a big variety of fitness classes, and much more!

Raymond was excellent and helpful in setting up our rented room. I was misinformed on the details of my son's 2nd birthday party here two months ago, and left a bad review because I was upset at being told we had to pack up and leave the room we rented early...as I had thought at that time.

I was wrong and now I know that Raymond was very helpful with making the party happen in the first place. I apologize to Raymond and his family and coworkers for thinking, and sharing, that he was anything but professional and doing his job.

Solitaire on treadmills that have lots of room and storage for the iPhone,, water bottle, car keys, towel, wallet, etc... Great welcoming attitude by staff. Feels comfortable when you working out. Beautiful grounds, clean facilities, that are well maintained. Lots of treadmills which are very popular. Has many treadmills with 1 hour or unlimited time limits, this is very good for those that can't run but want to fast walk for a longer time. Knees just can't handle the high impact and still want to be on my feet. Pool is warm in the winter and cool but not cold in the summer. With the exception of big sporting events there is normally plenty of parking. Cheap price compared to YMCA or what you get with a gym membership. Approximately $100/yr for normal family member, family of 4, ~$392. Reasonably spread out throughout Va Beach. I love them.
