Signature HealthCARE at Summerfield Rehab & Wellness Center

The new management was very knowledgeable and kind. The facility was clean and had no odors. Everyone wanted to help.

I have worked here for. 22 years, this is a great place to work ,I like the residents,and we have a great team.

There are many pardons about my stay at signature healthcare at Summerfield but mainly it’s the people work here. They were helpful they were confident they were compassionate and they were there when I needed them. I want to also remember those who worked in OTPT and work with me so I could get into a fast too fast recovery that included Holly included Lola I Kimberly Ann and unfortunately it’s the only ones I remember the first name of the moment but they’re all very well good
I also wanna recognize the homes administrator he was very helpful and help me get through some of the robber spots of adjustment and especially Steve that was done on dialysis because I am a dialysis patient he was very competent and he got to be through the Dialysis with a little effort as possible for me to get used to it.Thanks for everyone for my terrific Care thank you

My dad was a short term resident at Summerfield.
I can't say enough about the awesome staff. His Nurse Was so gentle with him I forgot her name but she had red tips at the end of her hair . His aide Ravon, there were times I came in the door and nobody knew I was coming but I could hear my dad asking for help from his room and his aide Ravon had a calm voice and she would say I'm coming Paw Paw ,I'm coming, paw paw give me a minute .A few times I would hear the nurses and the aides ask for help and the response would be I'll be right there to help you. From the front desk down to the kitchen staff and cleaning crew everybody Had a great attitude I recommend this place to anybody that has a love one that needs summerfields care
