(April 8, 2020, 6:35 pm)Our family contracted with Bluebird a year and a half ago and they have been the best! We needed someone at home with mom twice a week. We found someone that really got along with mom and continued with her for about a year, even after mom moved into a memory care unit. Very importantly, if we needed 24 hour care when mom had some hospitalization or other major health issue at the facility, they NEVER let us down - even at the last minute, like when we found out! Above and beyond!! Joanne will go to the ends of the earth for you and get support.

(July 5, 2018, 9:52 pm)Bluebird is the best and Joanne Flatt is awesome. They have been taking care of my soon to be 95 yr old dad with great success. They get him to walk in the hall and outside, play checkers on the computer and participate in games at the assisted living facility he lives. Joanne has been great at adjusting to the changing needs and providing awesome caregivers. I especially want to thank Teresa and Nikki who go above and beyond. Thank you so much!
