The Legends Apartments

I recently just ended my year lease and am more than happy I lived here! HUGE apartment and amazing staff and maintenance! I have zero complaints about this place, honestly. My dog loves the trails and how close we are to Tom Sawyer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Staff is always one top of everything!!!

Enjoying this view from my balcony as I type this. Moving into the Legends has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Apartment hunting can be grueling and discouraging for the average millennial bachelor or bachelorette, but Kara and Karesa, as well as all the other staff here, have made me feel instantaneously at home. The grounds are beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. The area is safe, secure, and welcoming. The apartments themselves are immaculate. Most of all, the staff is genuinely caring and excited about their role in helping you find your home, and that is really what makes the Legends special. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found my spot here in Louisville - I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. You’d be missing out if you didn’t apply! Do it!

I just moved in and honestly I LOVE this place, my apartment is beautiful the view I have is amazing it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff has been great to me from the first phone inquiry all the way down to the day I moved in! Kara specifically has helped me so so much she got me hooked up with a great renters insurance deal and walked me all the through the application process signing the lease all the information and documentation that I was going to need. I probably would have been clueless if Kara wouldn’t have been there to help me ! I absolutely love it here and I think my son does as well. Finding my first home couldn’t have gone any better.
