“6 years ago I took a big chance and opened a custom metal fabrication shop. I contacted Tom and explained what I wanted to do and what I could spend.. His knowledge was unbelievable and his patience was huge for me, for I was investing everything I had into this.. He sold me excellent equipment , handled all the rigging, and helped me get up and running.. I later purchased 2 more pieces of equipment from him and was just as smooth of transaction as the first.. Tom was always just a phone call away no matter what I needed. I was a small Fab shop but was never treated as one by Action Machinery.
