I called Magnolia Springs while looking for a place for my elderly mother. Although it turned out that my mother’s particular combination of medical conditions couldn’t be treated at their facility they still took the time to discuss other available options with me, which was such a pleasant surprise and so helpful. Sue was compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable about the process. Thank you so much!!
Our two year experience at Magnolia Springs East was above expectations. The entire staff from housekeeping to Director was so involved and willing to help at all times. Our father who lived there totally enjoyed the food. They were so attentive. Even though he did not participate in a lot of extracurricular activities, we were so impressed as to how busy the residents can stay. We highly recommend this facility to all.
My dad was a resident at Magnolia Springs East for a few years until the fall of 2020 - and I can’t say enough about the staff there. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Top notch! We had a positive experience. Nancy Orr-Rainey, the administrator, was extremely knowledgable, helpful, professional and compassionate as she helped us work through any aging or health-related challenges that arose, really any challenges! My dad enjoyed living there - and loved the staff and the food! The communications with families was exceptional. I already miss hearing hear from and talking with them. Thank you!
I just want to say that thinking of moving my 95 year old mother with mild dementia caused me great anxiety - she had always said she wanted to stay in her own home. Then I found Magnolia Springs East and convinced her to tour it with me - just to look at what was available to her. We went for the tour on Friday afternoon and everyone there was awesome. It was a positive experience for both of us. Later that evening when we got back home mom was so excited. She only had positive things to say about the beauty, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and residents as well. Mom wanted to know how soon she could move there, and so the decision was made. On Wednesday, just 5 days later we moved her in. The moving experience was just as wonderful as the tour. Everything about the move went extremely smooth thanks to the staff. Mom has already become part of the family and today is only her second day there. She loves it and so do I. If you want ease and peace of mind I highly recommend Magnolia Springs.
I highly recommend Magnolia Springs East as an assisted living and memory care facility. The staff there especially Nancy Orr-Rainey and Sue Winking are very knowledgeable and helpful. They both went the extra mile to help me with looking for a memory care unit for my mother that has dementia. The facility is very beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this to individuals who are looking into an Assisted Living Facility for themselves or a Memory Care Facility for their loved ones with cognitive deficits. Thank you for reading my review!
