Great staff. They have made several adjustments for me. Always listen to me and keep me informed on my options and status.
Recommend them to anyone looking for eye care or glasses.

This was my third visit with Dr. Chris Hogan, and I was very pleased that I had chosen this office for my vision care! The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

On my most recent visit, I was using a walker, following an accident, which caused me to break my left leg. This was one of my first excursions out of the house, and I was feeling a little anxious about how my mobility would impact the visit to the office.
Everyone on the staff at VisionFirst was very helpful, caring and compassionate.
They made the visit very accessible and built my confidence in being able to navigate this kind of appointment.

This kind of customer care is very important to me! I would highly recommend this office!

My glasses broke on the bar that goes across the bridge of my nose Sunday and I tried to hold them together with tape.... I went to my usual place to order a new pair and was informed they could not see me that day...I of course was upset and had remembered seeing a new place over by Kroger's and decided to go there... I was desperate for anyone to help as the tape was doing a cruddy job :(.... I walked in with no appointment and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I told her my dilemma and asked if they would be able to help me today. She said "yes, no problem" I waited only a few minutes and the Dr. called me back, did all the tests on my eyes and then sent me out to the reception area, where another lady helped me pick out frames. It was supposed to take a week to get my new glasses....but only took 3 days and they called me right away. I went immediately to pick them up and love them. I would recommend this group to anyone who asked. A++++++
